A romantic getaway for two… we had a marvelous stay at Alice’s Palace. Our host, Linda, offered fun suggestions (food and to dos since our weekend was very cool and rainy) and incredibly clear communication.The place gets five stars for creativity, imagination, well appointed in every room (even a white noise machine) and it was a very unique experience! All details are accounted for and so many surprises and special touches. This stay felt like an experience more so than an accommodation. We loved it!Safe, gated community with security, well maintained and easy to find with the excellent directions provided.Word is she’s got some other spaces with different themes, as well. We will be back!Much gratitude for everything… head down the rabbit hole and visit soon!

If you are debating on booking this I can tell you that you will not be disappointed! The location is convenient and the area is secure and beautiful! Linda did an awesome job thinking of anything and everything to make this place great. This exceeded my expectations.

This unit was absolutely fabulous! It is clear that Linda puts tons of effort and care into what she does. A five star experience without a doubt. This was the perfect mini-honeymoon for my husband and I after a hectic few months of losses amidst a wedding season! Highly recommend to any other couples wanting to get away.

Truly an amazing experience. Fantastic communication. The room was stunning. Felt like I was in a boutique hotel in a big city. Clean, smelled amazing, and the designer touches were beautiful.

Linda is amazing host. She gives detailed information on how to check in and out and how to use anything you desire within the room. Staying at the Loft was our first Airbnb experience as well as our first trip since the onset of the pandemic which had made me somewhat anxious prior to arrival. Linda and Mike couldn't have been more gracious hosts. The gated community plus the Loft's private entrance and cleanliness made us feel very safe. Its location couldn't have been better for all of our activities. Not only were there no unwanted surprises due to the Airbnb factual pictures of the unit's lovely decor, Linda's attention to detail, especially the noise machine, made it a "home away from home." If we hadn't been as busy as we were, I definitely would have spent time relaxing in the inviting courtyard. Should we return to St. Augustine, we'll definitely know where we'll be staying.
This was only my second time staying in an air bnb and we had the best time. Alice’s place is incredible. Our kids loved the decorations and really enjoyed the costumes! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was exactly what we needed. We can’t wait to come back!
Linda’s place was such an amazing clean, peaceful suite. We went to relax and it fit our needs completely. The pool and hot tub area was clean and peaceful. I enjoyed them. AJ’s Kitchen is in the gated community. The food there was so good. Brunch was like a 4 course dinner! Lol it was a beautiful place and such a lovely community. We can’t wait to go back.
My spouse and I celebrated our 15 year anniversary and his 50 th Birthday at this amazing location. We wanted a location that that was private but not far from all the attraction that St.Augustine has to offer and this fit the bill. Linda was very helpful and gave us great suggestions for dinner and attractions . When you arrive to the room there is a very helpful folder that has very detailed information about the area and it also gives suggestions of what to do if it is rainy outside or sunny. This helped us out quite a bit because it was rainy one day so we went shopping at the outlet stores nearby and they also have a IMAX theater as well. Any messages I sent to Linda with any questions were answered very fast and always helpful responses. It is obvious that Linda is very Passionate about being a great host and making sure her guests are happy and being helpful to others. We felt so comfortable in the RH suite and loved the amenities like the gym, hot tub and pool. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay that has many amenities and an amazing host then look no further!
What can we say, except, Wow! So much thought was put into every detail of this fabulous condo! (Check out the hand-painted kitchen wall!) From the Victrolla/Record player with vinyl records, to the living room rug, the chandeliers and table lamps, the gorgeous dining room with its ‘fireplaced’ wall and shiny chrome throughout - to the wall sconces on the bathroom mirror, the velvet bedcover, luscious pillows and black-out curtains in the hidden ‘sleepeasy’ bedroom - every detail exudes the glamour and swank of the Gatsby era. The large pool and jacuzzi in this gated community add to the ambiance- especially at sundown - making this condo rate right up there with the 5 stars! This was an excellent choice for our 46th Anniversary!There are lots of restaurants and shopping (as well as a Publix) in the area and several beaches and historical attractions not too far away. (We’re fans of the Hop on/Hop off trolleys.) Secure. Clean. Equipped. Comfortable. Simply beautiful. We highly recommend it!
